This Wiki explains how to set up and use JeanScreen (the screen on the table) and the carer portal (the website and phone app you use as a carer). It is written for families first, and care homes second.

JeanScreen is a support aid. It is not a medical device, and the Call Carer button should never be a person’s only safety measure. JeanScreen does not contact emergency services. In an emergency, call 911. See Safety and limits.
