JeanScreen

Privacy

Short version: this website collects almost nothing. If you join the list, we keep your email address so we can tell you when JeanScreen is ready.

On this website

  • No advertising, no tracking scripts, no analytics, and no cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark choice.
  • The server that delivers the pages keeps ordinary access logs for a short time to keep the site running and secure.

If you join the list

What we keepYour email address, the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up on, and which version of the consent wording you agreed to.
WhyTo email you when JeanScreen is available, and to prove you asked us to. Nothing else without asking you first.
WhereIn a file on the JeanScreen server, which is not public. We do not share it, sell it, or give it to anyone else.
How longUntil you unsubscribe, or until two years after we last contact you, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you did, so we do not email you again.
Slowing down botsThe sign-up form has a hidden field that people never see, and the server limits how often one address can try. Neither stores anything about you.
